Use of cookies

This website may use technical cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) in order to perform certain functions considered essential for the website’s correct operation and visualisation. Cookies that are used are, in any event, temporary by nature and have the sole purpose of making the browsing process more efficient. These cookies disappear once the user’s session has been completed. Under no circumstances will these cookies in themselves provide personal data nor will they be used to collect personal data.

The use of cookies also makes it possible for the server in which the website is located to recognise the user’s browser type for the purpose of making the browsing process more simple, enabling, for example, users that have previously registered to access the areas, services, promotions and competitions that are exclusively reserved for them, without having to register on each separate visit.

Cookies may also be used to measure the audience and traffic parameters and to monitor the progress and number of entries and so on. In these cases, such cookies are not essential from a technical point of view but are beneficial to the user. This website will not install non-essential cookies without the prior consent of the user.

The user has the option of setting up their browser to alert them of the reception of cookies and to prevent these from being installed on their device. Please check your browser’s instructions for further information.

Linking policy

This website may contain links to the contents of third-party websites. Given that the RESPONSIBLE PARTY cannot always monitor the content that third parties upload onto their own websites, it assumes no responsibility whatsoever with regard to said content. In any event, it will immediately remove any content that may breach national or international legislation, morality or public order, and will immediately remove the link to said website, making the competent authorities aware of the content in question.

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY assumes no responsibility for the information and contents that are stored in locations including but not limited to forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social media networks or any other resources that enable third parties to independently publish content on the website of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. However, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, it pledges to cooperate with all users, authorities and security forces, actively assisting in removing or, if applicable, blocking any content that may affect or contravene national and international legislation, the rights of third parties or morality and public order. In the event that the user considers that the website contains any content that may be subject to such a categorisation, they are requested to inform the website administrator immediately.

This website has been checked and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, it should be guaranteed to function correctly 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY does not rule out the potential existence of certain programming errors, nor the occurrence of situations of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or other similar circumstances which may prevent access to the website.

IP addresses

The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name utilised by the user. An IP address is a number which is automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All of this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file which enables the subsequent processing of data for the purpose of obtaining purely statistical measurements that reveal the number of page prints, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of visits, the point of access and so on.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Spanish legislation shall be applied for the resolution of all disputes or queries relating to the present website and to the activities developed within the same, and all parties shall expressly submit to this legislation, with the Courts and Tribunals closest to Barcelona being competent in resolving all conflicts arising from or relating to its usage.
